Transformation is a process that begins within before manifesting in the outer world. The first step towards your new endeavor is to connect to the place inside you where it is already present – ready to grow and flourish.
My role as your coach is to hold space for you to go within, think, sort out, organize, let go of thoughts and beliefs that no longer make sense and guide you towards new possibilities and new ways of doing things.
My areas of focus are leadership, business, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) as well as entrepreneurship.

Over the past decade, I’ve helped people start their own businesses, reposition their activities, change career paths or define their leadership style. I’ve been a witness to what sets people who succeed creating an exciting life and business-style apart from those who live in a grayish routine:
- They become aware that they play a part in the greater picture
- They understand that their state of mind influences their reality
- They work on developing their emotional, relational and spiritual skills
- They realize that it is their responsibility to keep a clear vision, to stay inspired
- They build the courage to take action even when they are unsure or afraid
- They own up to the path they’ve committed to
The changes they have initiated last because they came from the heart, something inside them shifted and they cannot go back. The future is ahead and it makes sense.
